2. About Frugalist club
Frugalist club operates Frugalist.club, a subscription-based financial planning software platform. We provide:
- Free Plan: Trinity Study Retirement Planner, unlimited simulations, heatmap visualization, scenario analysis, and educational content
- Pro Plan ($20/month or $60/year): Everything in Free, plus Monte Carlo, International Retirement, Coast FIRE, Debt Calculator, Mortgage Simulator, and all 12 premium tools
3. We're Not Financial Advisors

Frugalist.club is an educational tool, not financial advice. We're not registered financial advisors. Our simulations are projections based on assumptions and historical data — they're not guarantees.
Markets are unpredictable. Past performance doesn't guarantee future results. Always consult with a qualified financial advisor before making major financial decisions.
4. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Pro subscriptions. Try our free tier first to ensure Frugalist.Club meets your needs. If you upgrade and aren't satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days. After 14 days, all sales are final.
Payments & Cancellations
- All payments are processed securely through Paddle
- Cancel anytime from your dashboard — instant and easy
- We may ask for optional feedback when you cancel (helps us improve, but won't delay cancellation)
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- The free plan will always remain available
- Annual plan saves you 75% compared to monthly billing
5. Acceptable Use
We trust you to use Frugalist.club responsibly. Don't:
- Scrape or mass-extract data from the platform
- Share your account with others (get them their own!)
- Use the service for illegal activities
- Attempt to breach platform security
- Abuse our systems or intentionally create excessive load
6. Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, and methodology on Frugalist.club belong to us. Your simulations and data belong to you — we're just storing them for you. You can export or delete them anytime.
7. Limitation of Liability
Frugalist.club is provided "as is." We work hard to ensure accuracy, but we can't guarantee that projections will materialize. Markets are unpredictable by nature.
We're not responsible for financial decisions you make based on our tools. Use them as part of your research, not as your only source of information.
8. Data and Privacy

9. Service Changes and Availability
We continuously improve Frugalist.club. We may add features, modify existing ones, or (rarely) discontinue features that don't work. We'll notify you of significant changes.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we can't guarantee the service will always be available. Maintenance happens, and sometimes things break. We'll fix them as quickly as possible.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Major changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
